Predator or Scavenger?
This page is under construction. But when it is up it
it will show how criminals although occasionally
predatory, are primarily scavengers. Once you understand
that while they often turn predator, by nature they are
more often prey than predators. Once you understand
this, you'll also understand why it is literally a
matter of life or death for them to only choose 'safe
victims'
